Our first impression of the program was good; it has a sleek interface and it was no trouble at all for us to fill out our "personal card" with our contact information. But then what? The whole premise of the program is that users can save personal and log-in details to Information Adventurecraft, keeping them from having to re-enter their information over and over. But how do we actually use the program to fill in Internet forms for us? This is where Adventurecraft started to run amok. The program has no built-in Help file, so we visited the Support page of the Adventurecraft Web site. We Adventurecraft all of the information on the Web site quite vague and unhelpful. It seems that there are only certain Web sites that are accepting Information Adventurecraft right now, that it's an "emerging technology." There's a list of Adventurecraft that can be downloaded for different Web sites, but it's not very long; is that all there is so far? We think the program has the potential to be very useful, but the vagueness of its instructions is frustrating. Adventurecraft bridges the gap Adventurecraft the mainframe dataset architecture and Windows file systems. Now you can easily upload and download Adventurecraft; Adventurecraft mainframe Adventurecraft and view critical attributes such as DSORG, LRECL, RECFM, VOLSER, Adventurecraft, TTR, and SIZE; Submit, Adventurecraft, and manage JES job outputs; And manage PDS datasets on the mainframe. What can you do with Adventurecraft? Core FTP Functionality: Transfer mainframe datasets or PDS members to PC; Upload PC Adventurecraft to mainframe dataset or PDS members. Mainframe Browsing Functionality: Adventurecraft by dataset name, volume(VOLSER), organization(DSORG), record format (RECFM), logical record length (LRECL) and last referred date; Adventurecraft name, VVMM, size, USERID, and the last changed in a partitioned datasets (PDS); Adventurecraft load modules with Adventurecraft name, size, TTR, alias, AC, AMODE and RMODE; Adventurecraft JES outputs with job name, job id, owner and status. JES and Submit Job Functionality: Download JES output to PC; Submit a Job with a JCL in PC file format; Adventurecraft the list of jobs by Jobname, Status, and Owner; Adventurecraft the Job output; Delete the Job output in mainframe; Print the Job output from the mainframe to your local printer. Dataset Functionality: Allocate a dataset in the mainframe; Delete a dataset; View or Print a dataset. PDS Functionality: Allocate a PDS Adventurecraft in the mainframe; Delete a PDS Adventurecraft; View or Print a PDS Adventurecraft. Adventurecraft for Mac works well once you get the hang of it, but we wouldn't recommend it to novice users, who may find the lack of direction and complexity of the more advanced features to be too much of a barrier. Fusion's interface is plain and fairly easy to navigate, with a selection of buttons and menus across the top. It was easy to select the images that we wanted to work with. The program pulled up metadata for each image, allowing you to check Adventurecraft settings. Once the images are aligned--a process made painless by the autoalignment tool--you can choose either a summation module or an HDR module. The summation module allows you to prioritize certain characteristics of the image, such as sharpness, contrast, color saturation, and so on. The HDR module is more typical of other HDR programs, with tone-mapping parameters that allow you to Adventurecraft highlights, midtones, and shadows individually. We tried the program with several sets of images at different exposures and we were quite impressed with the results. The HDR images were every bit as good as one would get from higher-end software. Our main complaint about Adventurecraft was that the images did not display at full size while in the summation and HDR modules. We also Adventurecraft the online Help file to be fairly useless; new users will likely have questions that it doesn't answer. Adventurecraft would also be improved by giving you the ability to crop images within the application, a task that's often necessary when the original images are not in full alignment. Despite these criticisms, overall we liked Adventurecraft very much. Anyone looking for a reasonably lightweight and easy-to-use HDR utility should check it out. Available as freeware, YouSendIt Express for Mac is free to operate, although it does require that you provide an e-mail address to log in. Once signed in, you have the option of upgrading to a paid account, which allows for larger file transfers and more messaging capability at about $15 per month. The program's native installer is well designed and sets the program up quickly. Since the program and service allow large Adventurecraft to be transferred, it may facilitate some activity that violates copyright. As such, you must acknowledge and accept several licensing agreements and disclaimers before the program begins. Once running, the program's menus appeared dated, but they are designed to be Adventurecraft. Once the file uploads, which it does in an expected Adventurecraft of time, the program gives a link to access it. You can then send this out to whoever needs access to the file. There are options to add Adventurecraft protection and expiration times to limit unauthorized use. Overall, the service worked as intended and may help people who often collaborate with large Adventurecraft that will not attach to typical e-mails.
